Banana bread

Filling but very dry taste a little bit gritty and crumbles a lot. I liked the low carb and sugar content didn’t spike blood sugars at all.

I do like this bar it’s very filling and very tasty although it’s a little expensive for me so I’ll just order a few at a time the only one I don’t like is the Cocoa and Hazelnut
